Edward (Ed) V. Weber has been
involved with advanced computer technologies in the manufacturing, financial, grocery, retail,
government, and promotional products industries for over 30 years. He analyzes, designs, develops,
and implements integrated systems to support all aspects of the organizations he and his company
Weber Enterprises, Inc. serves. He regularly teaches information systems, cybersecurity,
business management, team building, and motivational classes in association with St. Charles
Community College, Millikin University, Lindenwood University, East Central College, St. Louis
Community College, Central Methodist University, and the Thomas Dunn Memorials Adult Education F
oundation. Ed continues to promote growth and prosperity of both companies and individuals through
education, training, and the implementation of new skills.
Ed has been active in the community having served as a Board member of the Union Chamber of Commerce,
Past-President for the East Central College Foundation, Past-President of the Union Rotary Club,
a member and past Vice President of the Union Jaycees, former Alderman for the City of Union, Missouri,
former member of the Two Rivers Cable Commission, and former President of the Union Public Facilities Authority.
Prior to Chartering Weber Enterprises, Inc., Ed has worked for and with a great number of companies i
ncluding, Mercantile Bank, May Department Stores, Citicorp Mortgage, Planters Peanuts, LifeSavers Candies,
Nabisco Foods, ASI Computer Systems, and ASI/EDI. He has lived and worked in Decatur, IL, Union, MO,
St. Louis, MO, Winston-Salem, NC, Parsippany, NJ, Cedar Falls, IA, and is now proud to call Wildwood, MO
his business and family home. He has published a textbook entitled "Spreadsheet Fundamentals" and has
published award-winning case studies. He has published numerous articles, technical papers, and has been
interviewed in trade magazines such as "PC Today", "Forms Magazine", and "The Counselor".
Ed received his Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Capella University, Minnesota in 2006.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Psychology and a Minor in Computer Science from Central Methodist
University, Missouri, in 2003.
Ed is married to his first wife, Kim, for over
39
years and has two very hairy 'children', Gizmo and Widget.

Throughout
her career, Kim has excelled in numerous roles in the management and administration
areas of various corporations.
Beginning in 1985, Kim worked in Admissions for Hickey Business College
in St. Louis, Missouri. From there, Kim joined Southwestern Bell Corporation
(SBC) where she served in several capacities in Human Resources administration.
In 1990, Kim worked briefly with Sara Lee Corporation in their Customer
Response area before joining Planters LifeSavers Company (PLS), a division
of RJR Nabisco. At PLS, Kim worked in the Marketing Department in executive
administration for a division brand.
Kim joined ASI/EDI, Inc. in 1993 as the Executive Assistant to the General
Manager. Then, in 1995, Kim joined East Central College and held various
positions including non-traditional education, Public Relations, Graphics
Design, and most recently, she has served as the Associate Director of
Financial Aid.
Kim Weber has served as the Vice-President and Treasurer of Weber Enterprises,
Inc. since its charter in 1995 and serves as the part-time Executive Office Manager.
Kim received her Masters in Human Resources from Lindenwood University, Missouri, in 2008 and
graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Methodist University, Missouri
with a BS in Psychology in 2003.
